She joined MSI in July 2023 and is eager to provide the strategic leadership and vision to build a best-in-class prospect development operation.
Her background includes comprehensive experience in donor analysis and strategy, wealth analysis, and project management of complex initiatives across multiple streams. She most recently came from the International Rescue Committee (IRC) where she grew her US-focused team into a global department whose remit included private sector, global entities across all funding streams as well as a due diligence unit. Her team’s work helped to exponentially increase private sector funding over her nine-year tenure. Prior to the IRC, she led prospect research efforts at Environmental Defense Fund and New York University.
Lekha received her AB from Barnard College of Columbia University. She lives in Santa Fe, NM with her family.
