Danielle is a Principal at The Bridgespan Group, where she advises nonprofits and philanthropists globally on their strategy and operating models.
Danielle was a founding member of Bridgespan’s Mumbai office. She has supported a range of Indian and global organizations to significantly scale their work in domains such as gender, health, and poverty alleviation, and to strengthen their structure and operations to implement these strategies. Her work in India – and more broadly across Asia and Africa – has driven Danielle’s passion to support and strengthen impact of both local organizations and global organizations such as MSI who are deeply committed to locally-driven and rooted work.
Danielle has led research on key development topics, including the centering of equity and shifting of power in global operating models, NGO leadership development in India (‘Building the Bench at Indian NGOs: Investing to Fill the Leadership Development Gap), and private sector engagement with refugees and host communities (‘Private Sector and Refugees: Pathways to Scale).
Prior to joining Bridgespan, Danielle was an Engagement Manager at the management consulting firm Oliver Wyman, working on strategy and operations for a variety of financial services clients.
Danielle is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BA in Political Science from the College of Arts & Sciences.
