Lucy has nearly 20 years of experience in fundraising with a deep interest in gender equity, sexual and reproductive health, and poverty alleviation.
Most recently, Lucy served as VP of Major Gifts at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte – the largest Planned Parenthood in the Country. Lucy previously worked as the Development and Communications Director for Village Enterprise, whose mission is to end extreme poverty in rural Africa through entrepreneurship and innovation. In her 20s, Lucy spent two years as a volunteer in rural Tanzania as project manager for the Catholic Diocese of Arusha, where she oversaw small scale development projects.
Lucy has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Santa Clara University, completed a Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs, and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). Lucy lives with her husband and dogs in Portola Valley, California.
